 •The unique 3A SLS (stabilized light source) emulator with large      area

 •The range of irradiance is from 200 to 1000W/m2;

 •Spectrum range from UV to IR, which is consistent with AM 1.5G within solar spectrum;

 •During operation, uniformity will not be changed due to the aging of light source;

 •System with high conformability, including photoelectric characteristic (current, voltage and irradiance) curve tester, to effectively reduce uncertainty of measurement;

 •Provide measuring results to the nearest outdoor measuring results.

Test items, purposes and conditions for mechanical load device:

1)Hail test

Purpose: Prove that if the module can bear the impact of hail

Condition: The diameter of hail: 25mm±5% without   visible cracks; weight of hail: 7.53g±2%; impact speed: 23.0m/s±2%.

Test items, purposes and conditions for mechanical load device:

1)Module breakage test

Purpose: Prove that if the module has been broken, the damage of cutting or piercing can be minimized; 

Condition: The weight of impact bead should be about 45.5Kg±500g (Diameter: 76mm). Lift the impact bead to the landing point with height of 300mm (from the bead to the surface of module); release the bead to impact the module when stable. The landing point shall be increased to 450mm if not existing breakage; if breakage still does not exist, then the point should be increased to 1220mm.
